Memory Diamond manufacture diamonds according to the standard process, and each production copy is clearly marked, and we monitor the internal production process to ensure that the entire production process can be traced, ensuring that each custom-made diamond contains samples provided by customers.
Although it is impossible to distinguish between the samples provided by customers due to the high temperature and pressure treatment during the diamond formation process, Memory Diamond establishes a "Production and Sales Management chain tracking" for each product; the person in charge of each stage in the production process of Memory Diamonds needs to sign off before proceeding to the next step, thus ensuring that each order is handled individually.
When customers’ Memory Diamond is completed, Memory Diamond will issue an Authenticity Certificate, which confirms that the diamond was produced in a laboratory and guarantees the quality and uniqueness of each diamond. The A4 size Authenticity Certificate, contains:

Name: the name that the customer ordered for
Diamond source - contains information on the chemical composition and carbon content of the raw material provided by the customer
Diamond Identification Report: contains the color, size, cut and clarity of the diamond, plus an "Independent Gemological Certificate" - the diamond will be provided with a free lab report, or a certificate issued by a third party (including the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the International Gemological Institute (IGI)) on behalf of the customer. The certificate is issued by a third party (either the GIA or IGI) so that each Memory Diamond has its own unique documentation.

World-renowned gemological laboratories are able to issue analytical reports containing detailed information on the various characteristics of diamonds, which can confirm their authenticity.

The diamond formation process is infused with personal characteristics provided by the customer, so each Memory Diamond will have some trace inclusions that are not visible to the naked eye. Each diamond is formed differently, and like natural diamonds, Memory Diamond undergoes a natural crystallization process. The Memory Diamond R&D lab controls the clarity of each diamond produced between I (inclusion grade) and VVS (very very slight inclusion grade). The inclusions in each diamond are not flaws, but rather the emotions of the customer.

Colorless diamond takes 70 to 90 days from the date the order is confirmed, and the carbon source is sent to the laboratory. Fancy Color diamond takes 90 to 120 days to complete because of addition processes.

The hair or ashes provided by the customer are processed by the Memory Diamond vacuum carbon gas extractor and ionized into pure carbon gas, which is the primary raw material required for diamond formation. These carbon gases are then injected into gas collection bottles and into the diamond growing chamber.

These laboratory-derived carbon materials are chemically indistinguishable from other laboratory-synthesized or nature carbons, but they represent an irreplaceable emotional meaning to our customers.

The process of Memory diamond production does as follow:

1. The raw material provided by the customer is analyzed and carbonized.
2. Extracted by ion gas extractor to obtain high density carbon gas.
3. The carbon gas is injected into a specially designed diamond growing chamber, and the CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology is used to simulate the conditions of natural diamond formation in the earth's mantle, combined with catalysts to produce diamond cubes.
4. The diamond cubes are then cut and polished according to the customer's needs, resulting in a unique diamond.

In general, the same amount of hair contains more carbon than ashes, and ashes contains more than bones.
